Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Consumer Returns (B2C) If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at: orders@pnplastics.co.uk

2. Return Conditions Items must be:

· Unused

· In original condition

· In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods If your item is faulty or damaged:

· Contact us within 48 hours

· Provide photographs

We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

7. Business Orders (B2B) Returns for business purchases are accepted at our discretion unless goods are faulty.

8. Safety Note Breaker boards that show signs of use cannot be returned for safety reasons.
